Mezan Single Distillery Rum Guyana 2005 was distilled at Diamond Distillery in the double wooden pot still from the original Port Mourant Estate, founded in 1732 — a medium-to-heavy Demerara-style rum.
When the Port Mourant estate closed, its historic double wooden pot still moved first to Uitvlugt and finally to Diamond, where it still produces this distinctive Demerara rum. Bottled true to Mezan’s untouched philosophy. Best enjoyed neat.
