Humano Tequila Blanco is an unaged highland Jalisco tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave, double distilled for a clean, citrus-forward expression of single-estate agave.
Humano is among the few producers with direct control from field to glass, drawing agave grown across the company’s ranch in the Highlands of Jalisco. Hand-harvested by jimadores, the agave is cooked in a combination of autoclave and brick ovens, milled on a roller mill, fermented in closed stainless steel tanks with proprietary yeast, and double distilled to preserve the bright character of the estate agave.
