Corralejo Anejo Tequila – Anejo, by law, must spend 12 months in the wood. Corralejo’s Anejo is aged in new American oak barrels charred on the inside to lend a touch of smoke to the flavors inside. It is our finest example of Don Leonardo’s skills and is bottled in red, signifying “prosperity” in Mexico. Out of respect for the brand, we always stand when drinking it.

Aroma: Oak, smoke, hints of cocoa, vanilla, peppercorn
Taste: Caramel, cooked pear, white pepper, cardamom spice, full body finish
